Join Santa and his friendly elves this Christmas in his winter wonderland. Be transported to the to North Pole this festive season at Buttercups Tearoom, Leicestershire. Along your journey you will see a variety of arctic animals and then meet Santa in his magical grotto. At the end of your visit you will be able to select a present from Santa's very own toy shop. During your experience enjoy a family photo opportunity in Santa’s sleigh along with Dasher and Dancer. 

When you book tickets, you will be asked to select a time slot - this is your estimated time to enter the winter wonderland. Tickets are sold in five minute blocks, however the whole experience and Santa visit is expected to take around twenty minutes. 

Tickets must be booked online in advance and are priced at £14 for children. £1 for adults.

The grotto experience will be running:
Every weekend between 2nd and 23rd December 
Between 10:00am and 14:30pm daily.
